Type: Residential Single Family Home | Style: Contemporary
The Elite design team had full reign on this one of a kind residential makeover in the thriving suburban neighborhood of Riverside South.
Type: Residential condominium | Style: Urban contemporary
This project involved the complete redesign, renovation and decorating of an up-scale residential condominium located in Ottawa’s vibrant Byward Market area.
Unique features of the project included the use of radiant flooring in high traffic areas, a granite kitchen counter top with stainless steel diamond plate back-splash and rich modern cabinetry throughout.
Type: Restaurant/Brasserie | Style: Old World French
The creators of this trendy downtown Ottawa restaurant wanted to authentically replicate the ambiance and atmosphere of the great brasseries of Paris, France.
Elite was brought in to provide the colour selections, décor elements and draperies that would deliver the warmth, style and authenticity that the project demanded.
Rich velvet draperies with braid trim and other the visual design elements consistent with a Parisian Brasserie were introduced to recreate an old world feel.
The project also involved an acoustics management component that was addressed through the placement of fabrics to absorb sound. Private dining rooms were also created through the use retractable double-faced draping that could be deployed as needed to accommodate private groups within the larger restaurant area.
